Caroline Nguyen

I started my career as a tech problem solver in Fraud Technology within financial services, where I turned complex issues into streamlined solutions. With degrees in Communication Studies and Actuarial Mathematics from Concordia University, I continued my journey into operational financial markets, sharpening my strategic skills as a senior business advisor in cross-functional activities. I also founded an employee resource group to enhance workplace culture and inclusion. 

My diversity is a valuable asset, especially in fields where multiple perspectives and different ideas bring richness to solutions. 

Now that I have completed a financial markets leadership management program and further my growth as a Division Director for Toastmasters International, I’m excited to lead teams in achieving their goals and preparing for my next challenge, driving organizational success.
