Caroline Nguyen

My career began in fraud technology, where I learned how to work through complex problems and build solutions that protect people and systems. That foundation led me into capital markets operations, where I deepened my skills in collaboration, governance, and strategic thinking. 

In May 2023, I founded an employee resource group to support inclusion, took on cross-functional leadership projects, and stepped into public speaking and mentorship through Toastmasters. These experiences helped me build not only strong teams, but also a stronger voice. 

In 2025, I completed a Capital Markets leadership development program, where I received strong feedback and broadened my scope across cross-functional initiatives. 

Today, I serve as an IT Director and Asset Manager, supporting critical platforms that ensure compliance, resilience, and data integrity, within a context of modern, cloud-native architecture. 

What drives me most is helping people move forward through empowerment. For me, leadership is about creating space for others to develop professionally while continuing to grow myself.

Certified in SAFe Scrum Master,  Lean Six Sigma Lead Practitioner, Toastmasters Dynamic Leadership & Strategic Motivation, Certified Pega Robotics Developer, and AWS Cloud Practitioner.
