Caroline Nguyen

 My career began in fraud technology, where I learned how to solve complex problems and build solutions that protect people and systems. That foundation led me into capital markets operations, where I deepened my skills in collaboration, governance, and strategic thinking.

In May 2023, I founded an employee resource group focused on inclusion, while taking on cross-functional leadership initiatives and developing my public speaking and mentorship skills through Toastmasters. These experiences helped me strengthen both the teams I work with and my own voice as a leader.

Today, I serve as an IT Director and Asset Manager, supporting a critical platform that ensure compliance, resilience, and data integrity within modern, cloud-native environments.

Certified SAFe Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Practitioner, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and Certified Pega Robotics Developer, complemented by leadership development through the Capital Markets Leadership and Management Program, Coaching for Managers, and the Ace of Management Program.

I continue to build my skills in artificial intelligence, data governance, and diversity & inclusion, with a focus on continuous learning and inclusive leadership.

What drives me most is helping people grow through empowerment. Leadership, for me, is about creating space for others to develop professionally while continuing to grow myself.
